Non-standard cycloid reducer

        The planetary cycloidal reducer is a reduction mechanism with advanced design and novel structure, applying the principle of planetary transmission, adopting the meshing of cycloidal pinwheels.This type of reducer has replaced two-stage and three-stage ordinary cylindrical gear reducers and cylindrical worm reducers in most cases. It is used in military, aerospace, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, light industry, food, textile, Printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, rubber, plastics, and lifting and transportation have been widely used.
Common cycloid reducers are mainly divided into two series, x and b, and their characteristics are as follows   
        1. The X planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer is allowed to be used in a continuous working system, and it is allowed to run in both forward and reverse directions at the same time.
        2. The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 rpm, and 18.5 rpm is used when the power is greater than 1000 kW.
        3. The working position of XWE.XWED cycloid reducer is horizontal.The maximum angle of inclination is generally less than 15° when tilted.When it exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure adequate lubrication and prevent oil leakage.
        4. The output shaft of the reducer cannot be subjected to large axial force and radial force, and other measures must be taken when there is large axial force and radial force.
