  4. Establish a corresponding lubrication maintenance management system
  And do a good job in the basic maintenance of the reducer to ensure that each reducer has a main person in charge for regular maintenance. When the oil temperature rises significantly during work, the temperature rises above 40 ℃ or the oil temperature exceeds 80 ℃. When the quality is deteriorated or more copper powder is detected in the oil and abnormal noise is formed, it should be shut down and repaired immediately, troubleshooting, and the industrial lubricant should be removed and replaced before application.When refueling, consider that the amount of oil and the reinstallation position must be consistent to ensure that the reducer is properly lubricated.
